REFILLS MEDICATIONS

According to California law, medication cannot be dispensed without an “active doctor-patient relationship”. This means that your pet must have been examined by one of our doctors within the last 12 months.  We cannot fill prescriptions for other animal clinics.

Please try to call ahead and order your prescriptions  so that we can have them ready for you when you come in the office. Call 949-499-4190.

 

PRESCRIPTION DIETS

We carry a large variety of prescription diets.  If your pet is placed on a diet that is not one we keep in stock, please call at least 1 week ahead of time to place your special order.  (We regret that we are not able to special order diets for pets we have not examined in the last year.) We place our pet food orders on Thursdays with delivery usually on Fridays.

 

RETURNS

According to the FDA and the Board of Pharmacy, we  cannot accept any dispensed medication for a refund unless it is in an unopened foil wrapper or prepackaged container.

All pet foods are unconditionally guaranteed and can be returned for full credit (even open bags of dry food).
